I have always been into art and majored in commercial art after graduating high school in 1973. I attended Ivy School of Professional art, located in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I majored in fashion illustration, calligraphy and photography. Since then, I have always had a camera in my hand and ever since digital came into being, I have taken it up as more than a hobby, but as an art. I then furthered my knowledge of computer graphics when I attended the Westmoreland County Community College and secured a job with a local newspaper as a commercial graphic artist, designing ads. It is my love for photography and computer generated designing that I began my photo art interest. I have learned to combine the photography with the graphic computer art to develop this technique using textures which turn a photograph into a work of art.

Since living in the country, I have a deep love for nature and the things around me. I can see art in nearly everything such as flowers, insects, landscapes, barns, homes, buildings and anything that catches my eye.

As someone who has a deep personal faith, I also design inspirationals that can bring encouragement for anyone in need of positive reminders. These make wonderful gifts for weddings, babies, anniversaries, birthdays, friends and family. Should you have a favorite poem or quote or bible verse, I can make something just for you.

I give God all the honor and glory for the love I have in capturing the beauty of nature and I love to share this with others who also appreciate the same things.
